| Formed in 1987 Telepartner is an independent UK
supplier and has been deploying mobile applications since 1993. The
company has a wide range of customers at sites in the UK and throughout
Europe, servicing thousands of mobile users. |
What
do we do?
When supplying service and support to their customers, businesses
generally use mobile workers, such as field engineers, delivery drivers
and sales staff. This process requires the timely exchange of
information between the company and its field workers, relating to the
job in hand. |

For example, to be able to react to a customer problem, a service engineer
needs to be advised of the details of the fault with relevant customer
information and any service history. Back at base, management need to know
the progress made towards the fixing of this and other reported problems as
well as confirmation of the eventual resolution, with details of time
taken, parts used and so on. |

goal is to supply resilient mobile working systems to service companies, which reliably deliver
improved productivity and fieldforce control at a significantly
reduced overall cost. Our solutions are aimed at organisations with
mobile workers, who are dissatisfied with the expense, lack of control and
general awkwardness of existing working methods. |
Who
are our Customers?
Current customers include many of the largest
mobile projects running in the UK, such as ICL
(Fujitsu Services) and Southern Water; large pan-European
operations, such as Anker and Synstar and a spread
of utility customers, doing a whole range of field
work, including 24 hour emergency service, meter
operations and multi-fuel meter reading, with
such companies as EDF/London Electricity, Northern
Ireland Electric and Yorkshire Electric/nPower. |
